SFMTA moved to an all Microsoft-based shop at the beginning of 2024. Several teams were using JIRA to manage their backlogs and boards, but management required all to switch to Microsoft Teams - Project. We designed best practices on how to set up Agile Boards in MS Teams even though it had a limited set of functionality relative to JIRA.
